Four months ago the Zephyr team committed to changing their eating and exercising habits for a healthier lifestyle. Since then, our kitchen area has been stocked with more whole grain, low fat and less sugar goodies. The fridge contains less soda options and stays packed with yogurt, fruit juices, Gatorade and sparkling water beverages. In addition to changing our eating habits, 10 brave souls form the Zephyr team signed up for the Pleasanton Half Marathon.

Leaving a dusty trail of blood, sweat and tears, the teams rigorous training, collectively compiles over 670 miles. With only 10 days remaining until the big run, the team finalizes their last preparations. Some folks need to get new shoes because their training pair have no more tread. Others are purchasing dry fit shorts and shirts for ultimate running comfort, while others are just going to take the time off to let their bodies recover. Motivated and ready, we can’t wait to cross the finish line.
