Zephyr remains lock-step with JIRA 5.1 release

Atlassian introduced JIRA 5.1 last Tuesday, July 10th and had rolled it out to OnDemand deployments the weekend prior. Amongst a list of new features, JIRA 5.1 specifically addresses Enterprise concerns of scalability. On the day of their launch, Zephyr Enterprise Edition was the only Test Management solution that was fully compliant with the new JIRA 5.1 release. Zephyr continues to be the only Test Management connector to be bundled with JIRA OnDemand.
Why is this important? Simply put, we give project teams the peace of mind that their JIRA upgrade will not impact the collaboration between Dev and QA since the integration between Zephyr and JIRA will continue to work. With JIRA being the pre-dominant issue tracking solution, we’re committed to not only ensuring this but to continuously look at ways of enhancing the integration between the two systems.
Stay tuned for further enhancement announcements in a couple of weeks!
