Last week over 100 people gathered at the Atlassian Headquarters in San Francisco to participate in a Q&A open forum with presenters from JIRA and Confluence as well as guest speakers from partnering companies Gliffy and Zephyr.

Shailesh Mangal, Chief Architect for Zephyr, shared his team’s lessons learned from developing on JIRA 5. He presented a deep technical dive into the challenges of plugin development and how the new features and functions of JIRA 5 helped his team overcome these challenges. His presentation was well received by the developers in the room as it sparked several questions regarding integration and data management.
